Dear Kalatmika, I have listened few of your song posting and here are my observations:
1. Basically your voice timber is very good.
2. There is absolutely no problem in rhythm, except in few places.
3. As far the high pitch is concerned you have to throw more energy and don't try to contain the pitch or take different scale. Otherwise you can sing in your comfortable scale using many softwares available.
4. Add more bhavam to the song and make your singing more lively. This will give you confidence.
